About the Author
Su Wenping, a professor in Leadership and Organizational Management at Beihang University, holds a PhD in Management and an MBA from HKUST. With 34 years of teaching experience, his expertise lies in human resource management and career education. He has led Beihang's career education team and held key roles, including Director of the MBA Education Center. Su teaches courses on HR management and career planning, with over 30 published papers and nearly 20 corporate consulting projects. He's authored 10 textbooks, with total distribution surpassing 310,000 copies, and has earned six provincial or national teaching awards. His contributions blend academic rigor with practical insight, shaping future leaders.
